- Advised a leading green hydrogen player that designs, manufactures, and deploys advanced PEM electrolyser systems on its USD250 million Series C fundraise from a club of global investors.
- Advised India’s foremost bus-tracking technology service provider on its successful bid to India’s public transport and electricity civic authority for a partnership to provide app-based air-conditioned premium electric bus services with reserved seating.
- Assisting an end-to-end rooftop solar power solutions company with the acquisition of a 100% stake in a company engaged in the business of distributing solar products.
- Advised a drone technology company focused on the solar energy sector on its USD32 million acquisition by India’s largest private sector conglomerate, as well as on commercial queries, fundraises, and data protection issues.
- Assisted a fintech company focused on empowering small and medium-sized corporates with reducing their carbon footprint by helping them finance and develop their transition to solar panel rooftop solutions in their angel investment round.
