The Role

We are looking to hire a Senior Admin Manager to join our team and support our processes and operations. You will act as the point of contact for all associates/employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Primary duties include managing office logistics, coordinating with the finance team on office budgets and timesheets, helping with the onboarding of new associates/employees etc. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.


  • 5+ years of proven admin or assistant or similar experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good time-management skills
  • Decent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail


  • Manage office and work-from-home logistics
  • Vendor management
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain a firm calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Arrange travel (domestic and international) including accommodation, transport, scheduling meetings across time zones etc.
  • Organise and schedule in-house and external events, make restaurant reservations for client meetings
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Maintain and update employee records and contact list
  • Assist on credit allocation reports
