Aditi is an associate with the Strategic Initiatives team at Spice Route Legal. She works closely with the founding partners, to help implement their vision for the firm.
She focuses on strategic and business development work, ranging from firm management, client and industry outreach/research, to practice area development. She also assists with talent identification and knowledge management.
