Her areas of focus cover commercial partnerships, expansion strategies, and regulatory compliance. Within the media industry, she has worked on a range of matters covering rights clearance for film and television productions, talent and production agreements, acquisition deals with major OTT platforms and distribution, film financing, and licencing agreements.
Prior to joining Spice Route Legal, she acquired her LL.M., in Media, Entertainment, and Technology Law and Policy from of UCLA School of Law, California.
