Ishita is an Associate Vice President with the Strategic Initiatives team at Spice Route Legal. She works closely with the founding partners, to help implement their vision for the firm.
Ishita focuses on strategic advisory work – ranging from client and industry outreach, and practice area development, to community-building, talent identification and management, and knowledge management.
Prior to joining the firm, Ishita has worked with one of India’s leading legal publishing houses, and a legal recruitment consultancy based in Hong Kong.
