What Nikunj brings to the table
Nikunj is an Associate with our Energy, Sustainability, and Mobility team and a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
Nikunj has had a keen focus on the renewable energy and electric mobility sector since the beginning of his career. He has worked with both public and private players in the energy sector and assisted on certain government projects. Apart from this, he has also advised on some public-private partnerships, aimed towards the mass-adoption of renewables.
Nikunj has also worked on several private equity and acquisition deals focused on green hydrogen and e-mobility.
Representative matters:
- Assisted a prominent green hydrogen manufacturer on its participation in multiple tenders, such as its successful bids in response to NTPC Limited’s tender for the selection of a PEM Electrolyser Technology Provider (400MW capacity) and non-PEM Electrolyser Technology Provider (600MW capacity).
- Assisted a global manufacturer of hydrogen technology in drafting the term sheet for a collaboration with a US-based multinational power generation company, for the supply of a lotus electrolyser system.
