Preethika Nannapaneni is an associate with Spice Route Legal’s Corporate Practice Group. She works primarily on mergers and acquisitions, and has a keen interest in the renewable energy sector.
Preethika has recently –
- advised one of the world’s leading automotive companies on the domestic laws and regulations for electric vehicles and batteries thereof;
- created documentation and set up the contractual framework for an NBFC involved in lending and financing for rooftop solar projects; and
- advised a client on the recent changes in net metering regulations and safeguard duty;
- alongside routine advisory for solar and renewable energy companies on matters ranging from EPC contracts to project financing.
