Salaja leads our internal Finance team and is responsible for financial strategy, identification of financial risks, and adopting risk mitigation strategies. She is responsible for managing internal finance management, analysing accounting records, and assisting with end-to-end financial submissions.
She is a core part of the Management Committee of the firm.
