Santosh is a Manager of Compliance at Spice Route Legal, heading the Compliance team. He is responsible for corporate compliances under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and provides corporate compliance support pan India to all teams, while also providing advisory services to clients, due diligences and related matters.
Prior to joining the Firm he was associated with leading law firms, and has worked as in-house counsel/CS with Way2Wealth Group as well.
