Shreya is an Associate with the Fintech team at Spice Route Legal. She provides multi-faceted advisory to some of our largest clients, on a wide range of legal issues that haunt companies functioning at the intersection of technology and financial services.
She advises on matters relating to digital payments, lending, product structuring & launches, blockchain & cryptocurrency, regulatory & KYC/AML compliance, payments & lending licenses, applying for NBFC Account Aggregator licenses, among several other matters.
Prior to joining Spice Route Legal, Shreya gained valuable experience with assisting clients on a variety of intellectual property matters, and commercial contracts with a focus on the Technology & Telecommunications and Media & Entertainment sectors.
