The Legal500 recognises our market-leading Data Protection & Privacy practice as top tier – observing that we advise a diverse range of clients on data and privacy implications, and on the regulatory matrix surrounding product launches and data transfers, as well as on risk mitigation following data breaches.
Our Technology, Media & Telecoms practice has also been feted, with Legal500 commenting that we are known for the full-service advisory offering we are able to give clients – from corporate advisory to product development, IPR, disputes and so on.
On our Corporate & M&A practice, the Legal500 say we have established ourselves as “an expanding force” in the market, with a special focus on the fintech, technology, renewable energy and life sciences sectors. The Legal500 highlights Praveen’s expertise in leading cross border M&A deals, and Mathew’s Corporate and M&A track record in the technology and media space.
Further, the Legal500 also noted that our Private Equity & Investment Funds practice has had an active year, and that with the addition of Arun Jerome as a partner, we have further expanded the team’s presence in traditional sectors such as real estate, projects and infrastructure.
Last, but certainly not the least, we are quietly excited that our Intellectual Property practice is getting the attention it deserves, with a Tier 4 ranking – the Legal500 has discovered we are handling several trademark infringement and passing off disputes, as well as trade secret disputes, across multiple jurisdictions.
