Spice Route Legal advised revenue based financing wunderkind Velocity on its Series A fund raise of USD 20 million, from a club of investors including Peter Thiel-backed Valar Investments and Presight Capital.
Velocity is a fintech company that provides revenue-based financing to rapidly growing sectors such as e-commerce start-ups, and other new age businesses. Their mission is to provide fast, efficient and flexible financing options, as an alternative to existing funding avenues of venture capital and venture debt.
