Assisted with a 40-jurisdiction gap analysis of data protection and privacy laws and regulatory and compliance needs for handling biometric data.
- Assisted India’s largest gig marketplace with data transfer and localisation requirements pertaining to its expansion to over 14 countries across South Asia and the Middle East.
- Advised the world’s largest professional networking platform with Indian law aspects of collecting and storing diversity data of its employees.
- Advised multiple companies on privacy-related employment issues, including the use of monitoring software, cross-border data transfers, employment verification processes, and diversity practices.
- Advised one of India’s largest airline groups on global data compliance before and after one of the largest mergers in the industry.
- Advised two of the largest American Ad-tech companies on market entry strategy and data compliance in India
- Advised a Hong Kong-headquartered airline company on the legal requirements relating to the appointment of a Data Protection Officer in the countries where it operates and the conditions for such appointment.
