Ajeeth is a member of the firm’s Privacy, Data Protection, and Cybersecurity practice where he advises leading global and domestic clients on a wide range of regulatory, commercial and strategic matters relating to privacy, cybersecurity, telecommunications, technology and emerging digital frameworks. His practice focuses on advising businesses on evolving data protection obligations including Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) compliances, digital regulatory compliance, cross-border data flows, cybersecurity preparedness, AI and technology governance, and regulatory issues arising within India’s rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. In addition to his data and privacy practice, Ajeeth has a keen interest in telecommunications and technology laws, and regularly advises on regulatory and commercial matters involving digital communications, telecom infrastructure, technology platforms and emerging digital ecosystems. His experience includes navigating evolving regulatory frameworks governing digital services, platform businesses and technology-enabled operating models within India’s rapidly developing digital economy.

Swastik is a key member of the firm’s Financial Services Regulatory and Fintech practice group, where he advises clients on complex regulatory, commercial, and market entry matters across the financial services sector. His practice focuses on payments, digital assets, wealth, and insurance, with particular expertise in licensing and regulatory strategy, technology outsourcing, and strategic commercial arrangements. He has advised several leading global businesses on cross-border expansion, innovative financial product structuring, payment and commercial partnerships, and navigating evolving regulatory frameworks across the Middle East and APAC regions.

Vishnu is a member of Spice Route Legal’s Privacy, Data Protection, and Cybersecurity practice. He regularly advises clients on compliance with evolving data protection frameworks, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the development of data governance policies, privacy documentation and the structuring of sensitive and cross-border data flows. His practice also includes advising on cybersecurity preparedness and incident response, including assessing regulatory exposure, managing breach-related obligations, and strengthening internal controls to mitigate operational and legal risks.
