We’re looking to hire experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Executive Assistants to work with our founding partners and team leads. The ideal candidate should be excellent with time management, organised, highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload, and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
Any prior experience working in a law firm set-up or with a start-up founder would be an added advantage
High proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace, notably with Google Calendar and Outlook
Experience with domestic and international travel management and coordinating events within the parameters of an expense policy and a budget
Strong time-management skills, particularly the ability to multitask and prioritise
The ability to independently, efficiently and proactively solve problems/conflicts
Manage the partners’ time for their day to day schedule
360-degree support on all communication, work and time management for the partners
Manage all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including accommodation, transport, scheduling meetings across time zones etc
Schedule meetings and strategically manage the partner’s calendar, acting as a gatekeeper for inbound time requests and knowing what to prioritise
Resolve calendar conflicts effectively
Attend meetings to take notes and capture action items, ensuring these tasks are seen through to completion
Coordinate logistics for meetings with internal teams as well as external parties and associates
Assist with the Partners’ timesheet management
Managing events for the firm
Manage communication with clients, opposing parties and any other persons involved with the Partners
General administrative tasks
