We are seeking a HR Specialist to join our team of professionals. We offer an engaging, collaborative, and rewarding work environment. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm, handling HR services, and performance management.
Responsible for the delivery of all HR services
The day-to-day operation of the firm, including tracking sick days/vacation days
Performance management
Recruitment and selection process
Assisting with employee training and managing the firm’s compliance program
Manage staff communication and feedback through such avenues as staff meetings and. one-on-one meetings
Provide necessary education and materials to the team, including the organization of workshops and in-house training programs
Other duties as required
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a law firm or a professional services firm
Graduated from a recognised HR program
Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools
Experience in managing applicant databases and applicant tracking systems
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting
Excellent interpersonal skills
