Position Details

We are seeking a HR Specialist to join our team of professionals. We offer an engaging, collaborative, and rewarding work environment. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm, handling HR services, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the delivery of all HR services

  • The day-to-day operation of the firm, including tracking sick days/vacation days

  • Performance management

  • Recruitment and selection process

  • Assisting with employee training and managing the firm’s compliance program

  • Manage staff communication and feedback through such avenues as staff meetings and. one-on-one meetings

  • Provide necessary education and materials to the team, including the organization of workshops and in-house training programs

  • Other duties as required

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a law firm or a professional services firm

  • Graduated from a recognised HR program

  • Knowledge of general principles of recruiting, staffing systems and tools

  • Experience in managing applicant databases and applicant tracking systems

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying close attention to detail

  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
