Data Processing Agreement

This DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on this [__] day of [__], 2023 (“Effective Date”)

BY AND BETWEEN:

The Company and the Processor are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.

WHEREAS:

1. The Processor and the Company have entered into a [master agreement] dated [__] (“Master Agreement”) that requires the Processor to process Personal Data on behalf of the Company.
2. This Agreement sets out the additional terms, requirements, and conditions on which the Processor will process Personal Data under the Master Agreement.
