Amoolya is a Senior Associate with the Energy, Sustainability, and Mobility practice. Her practice is predominantly focused on the energy sector and allied infrastructure projects. She has worked with private as well as listed companies and has worked on some of the most prominent public-private partnership projects in the energy and sustainability sector.
With an experience ranging from traditional sources of energy to newer and cleaner sources, and across a range of infrastructure projects, she is uniquely placed to assist clients looking to expand their horizons across energy verticals.

- Advised a parent company of an Indian multinational giant on its acquisition of Govt. of India’s stake in the company known as the flag carrier of India.
- Advised a Fortune 500 Indian company on its acquisition of a solar EPC solutions provider.
- Advised India’s leading renewable energy provider on its comprehensive range of transmission contracts.
- Advised and assisted a Canadian crown corporation with its proposed entry into the Indian market subject to all the legal and regulatory frameworks governing solar and wind projects in India.
- Assisted an initiative aimed at scaling up solar energy projects across the globe. This involved standardising project contracts in the solar energy space.
- Advised a leading American manufacturer of solar panels, on the development of a solar PV Module manufacturing facility in India subject to all applicable corporate and labour laws.
