Karthik has actively represented clients in various judicial and dispute resolution forums, including the prestigious bodies of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Supreme Court of India, and the Bombay High Court.

Representative Matters:
- Advised a listed corporate specialising in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and environmental solutions on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of a listed entity and in corporate investigative proceedings before the Office of the Regional Director, Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
- Advised and represented a private research firm in matters of operational debt claimed by one of the largest Indian pharmaceutical companies in relation to the development of technology for manufacturing of Tramadol Acid and Valproic Acid.
- Representing a process technology development firm in a dispute with a listed Indian corporate involved in chemical manufacturing, over rights to a novel, environment-friendly technology developed.
- Represented an Indian multinational banking and financial services company in initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of a healthcare company reputed for developing affordable generic medicines in various therapeutic segments.
