- Assisted one of the largest players in India’s online gaming industry, with its USD 57.3 million control acquisition of a major poker platform, followed by a merger to create a USD 1 billion combined entity.
- Assisted a leading hydrogen fuel cell technology company on a USD 250 million Series C investment from global investors in what is one of the largest deals in the green hydrogen manufacturing sector.
- Assisted a leading waste heat recovery and utilisation systems company with its USD 11.89 million acquisition by a listed manufacturing company renowned for its expertise in the design and manufacture of waste heat recovery solutions.
- Advised the investment arm of Famy Care Group on the acquisition of India’s leading mattress manufacturer and sleep solutions brand.
- Advised the third-largest distributor of computing solutions in India on the strategic acquisition of a leading information and communications technology company, including obtaining Competition Commission of India approval, creating a USD 3 billion communication technology powerhouse.
- Advised one of India’s prominent private equity houses on the strategic sale of select portfolio assets to a globally renowned investor services and fund administration group.
- Advised the financial services arm of one of India’s largest conglomerates on its acquisition of a major mutual fund business, strengthening its position in India’s asset management sector.
- Advised a leading drone technology company on its USD 32 million strategic acquisition by India’s largest conglomerate.
