What Sanskriti brings to the table
Sanskriti is a member of our Technology in Financial Services team and works at the nexus of technology and financial services.
Sanskriti works with clients ranging from traditional financial services to the most cutting-edge fintech players in India. She advises them on their technology and commercial arrangements, product structuring, and licensing arrangements.
Outside of financial services, Sanskriti also has a keen interest in the practice of intellectual property. Her knowledge of this space allows her to effectively assist clients with products and licenses.
Representative matters:
- Advising India’s second-largest financial services conglomerate on a business restructuring to facilitate a forthcoming IPO of its digital finance business.
- Advised India’s most prominent financial services information providers on the structure and launch of a first-of-its-kind product that intends to bring several financial services and access to financial products within one app.
- Advising the largest options exchange platform in the United States on a trademark infringement by an unrelated party in India.
- Advised one of India’s largest unicorns on a licensing arrangement to roll out a new private label.
