Spice Route Legal was pleased to advise Foundamental, a leading European prop-tech / sustainability focused investment fund with respect to its participation in Ofload’s USD 60million Series B fundraise. Ofload is a digital freight platform that connects shippers and carriers on one centralised supply chain platform. Ofload’s platform has significant potential to not only increase supply chain visibility and efficiency but has made genuine efforts to bring about improvements in emissions, fuel usage, driver welfare, and logistics costs.

Ofload has over 15,000 trucks listed on its database and in furtherance of its environmental goals, has planted over 11,000 trees to help offset its carbon emissions. The company plans to use the newly infused funds to create a ‘one stop shop’ for Australia’s transport operators, by providing extended services including invoicing, financial management, insurance, and fuel loyalty systems.
