Spice Route Legal is pleased to announce the promotion of Janhavi Joshi to Counsel with the firm’s Energy, Sustainability, and Mobility Practice.
Janhavi is a key member of the firm’s Energy practice and advises global and domestic clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions within the energy, sustainability, and mobility sectors.
Her practice is grounded in end-to-end advisory across the energy transition value chain – spanning renewable energy development and procurement, green hydrogen generation and electrolyser technology, fuel cell and battery storage systems, emerging mobility infrastructure. She advises developers, technology manufacturers, and infrastructure providers on the full spectrum of regulatory, licensing, contractual and commercial considerations that arise across these sectors, from project and tender structuring to supply chain arrangements, technology licensing, and sector-specific compliance. Janhavi brings a particular strength in navigating the intersection of evolving policy frameworks and commercial strategy, enabling clients to structure transactions and operations in sectors where the regulatory and market landscape is still taking shape.
Janhavi has been particularly active in the hydrogen energy sector, where she has played an important role in several high-profile public-private partnership projects. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects, including bid and tender documentation, concession arrangements, contract structuring, and negotiation of key project and commercial agreements.
We look forward to Janhavi continuing to play a key role in the growth of the firm’s Energy, Sustainability, and Mobility Practice and in advising clients driving innovation across the sector.
