Satyam brings over eight years of experience advising on complex, high-stakes intellectual property litigation and enforcement mandates for a diverse portfolio of global and Indian clients. His disputes practice spans multi-jurisdictional litigation strategy, including coordination with international counsels and representation across Indian courts.

Satyam’s representative experience includes:

• Advising leading Indian companies in the luxury goods, consumer durables, and telecom sectors in patent infringement proceedings before courts in the United States, including coordinating with U.S. counsel to achieve favourable settlements and closures. 
• Representing prominent FMCG companies in trademark infringement proceedings before courts in Bengaluru, successfully securing interim injunctions and facilitating favourable settlements. 
• Acting for a fintech company in patent infringement litigation before the District Court and High Court in Bengaluru, alongside related proceedings before the Delhi High Court and the Designs Office in Kolkata, including opposition and design cancellation matters. 
• Preparing a comprehensive patent litigation landscape report in India for a global gaming company.
