SunEdison Infrastructure has acquired a majority stake in Pune-based Enrecover Energy Solutions for an undisclosed consideration . Enrecover specialises in building an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) systems for heat recovery and power generation from geothermal resources, biomass, solar, and waste streams. This is the latest spurt in SunEdison’s recent acquisition spree, to supplement its offerings of solar heating and lighting solutions.
Praveen Raju, who has extensive expertise in advising renewable energy companies for their structuring and expansion advised SunEdison through the acquisition process.
