SunEdison Infrastructure acquires Megamic Electronics
Solar and renewable energy giant, SunEdison Infrastructure has acquired a majority stake in Megamic Electronics for an undisclosed consideration. Megamic Electronics is very active in the space of design, development, and supply of Remote Monitoring with Performance Analysis and Control Solutions for the Solar Renewable Energy market.
This acquisition shall help SunEdison deliver high-performance solar assets combined in Megamic’s top of the line monitoring solutions for improved customer assistance and visibility.
Praveen Raju, one of the most prominent names in M&A practice globally, advised SunEdison Infrastructure in the acquisition process.
