- Advised multiple companies on privacy-related employment issues, including the use of monitoring software, cross-border data transfers, employment verification processes, and diversity practices.
- Advised one of India’s largest airline groups on global data compliance before and after one of the largest mergers in the industry.
- Advised two of the largest American Ad-tech companies on market entry strategy and data compliance in India.
