Druvo also provides strategic advice on breach notification requirements, coordinates with regulatory authorities, and assists with developing and implementing breach response plans to minimise legal and reputational harm.

- Advised a global organisation providing and streaming entertainment services on structuring compliance with India’s cyber security regulations, including evolving a compliant incident response plan.
- Advised one of the world’s leading ad-tech companies that specialises in real-time advertising and audience measurement in navigating data compliance requirements for offering their services in India.
- Advised one of India’s leading e-learning platforms offering computer programming and coding lessons, with structuring and reviewing its promotional and advertising content to ensure compliance with advertising regulations in India.
- Advised an Indian health-tech startup that focusses on providing automated interpretation of radiology exams, offering product structuring advice, and assessing the enforceability of its online onboarding process in a B2B(business-to-business) context across 30 countries.
