What Himanshu brings to the table
Himanshu is an Associate with our Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Life Sciences team and a key member of our Corporate Practice Group.
He has experience advising healthcare clients, including drug and nutraceuticals manufacturers, hospitals, and bio-technology companies, on corporate matters like private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, regulatory compliance, as well as commercial and employment advisory.
Representative matters:
- Assisted an American drug development company with negotiating a co-development agreement with an Indian R&D institute to execute the development of a topical ophthalmologic formulation to treat inflammation in the eye.
- Advised an American multinational company that manufacturers products for the healthcare industry on drafting responses to FDA Ahmedabad and FDA Pune for allegedly selling low quality medical adhesive tapes.
- Assisted a bio-catalysis service provider to the pharma, agrichemical, cosmetics, and fine chemical industry, with its ongoing commercial advisory needs including its service-level agreements.
