Shubhangi is an Associate with our IP team and assists clients with creating, managing, and enforcing intellectual property assets globally.
She works on a wide range of IP matters relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial design, advertising, licensing, litigation, research and development, collaboration, and transactional matters. She assists our clients in managing their IP portfolios globally and advises them on the best way to protect and monetise their intellectual property.

- Advised one of India’s largest chemical manufacturing companies on a trademark infringement dispute against a US-based company in a similar domain.
- Advising on an IP licensing arrangement between an Indian manufacturing company and a Japanese chemical manufacturing giant.
- Advised one of India’s most popular Indie bands on the licensing of music rights to a global OTT behemoth.
- Advising the largest options exchange platform in the United States on a trademark infringement by an unrelated party in India.
- Advised multiple Indian companies on the registration of trademarks in over 150 countries.
