Felina Das is a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A Practice Group, where she advises leading domestic and international players on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial arrangements. She works closely with both investors and companies across the full transaction lifecycle, and brings a sharp understanding of corporate strategy and deal dynamics.
Vishal Singh is a member of the firm’s Lending Practice, advising banks, NBFCs, and fintech platforms on lending structures, regulatory compliance, and financing transactions. His practice spans co-lending, digital lending, securitisation, and supply-chain finance, with a strong focus on aligning product design and partner arrangements with evolving regulatory frameworks.
