Assisted a two-wheeler EV leasing company on regulatory and commercial aspects, including the regulatory framework for financing and leasing of two-wheeler vehicles, battery-swapping methods and regulations, commercial contracts for the supply of electric vehicles, maintenance services, and financing arrangements.

Assisted the founders of a two-wheeler EV company on their joint venture with one of the world’s largest electric two-wheeler automotive companies based in Taiwan, followed by advising on the exit of one of the founders from their joint venture.

Assisted a prominent three-wheeler electric vehicle player in India on its acquisition by a subsidiary of the largest Indian industrial and consumer electricals manufacturer.

Advised shareholders of India’s largest taxi aggregator on the divestment of their shareholding through a USD 500-Million joint stake sale by multiple shareholders to a single buyer.

Advised India's foremost bus-tracking technology service provider on its successful bid to BEST (India's public transport and electricity civic authority) for a partnership to provide app-based reserved seating. In addition, we are advising on the required agreements (such as bus supply, annual maintenance, and operator agreements for over 300 buses) to implement the project contemplated under the tender.
