We are thrilled to announce that our lawyers in Bengaluru have moved into a new office at the heart of the City’s Business District and a stone’s throw from some of the city’s historic landmarks. A near 100% increase in employees and stakeholders in the last two years did not afford us the luxury of remaining where we were despite most of us enjoying the slightly more relaxed vibe that Indiranagar provided us!
Praveen Raju, Founding Partner says “Our Bengaluru Office is of strategic importance to our clients and to the lawyers and other stakeholders who work from there. We spent over a year identifying a building that reflected our firm values – modern, meritocratic and full of light and another 9 months creating a space that reflects our ever-evolving style of working. I am extremely pleased with the result – and for those working from our office in Bengaluru, I hope they enjoy the abundance of sunlight, the open nature of the office, the best views of the city and the fact that the historic Bangalore Club is a stone’s throw away.”
Significant research went into the decisions that inform the new office – from the central location to a design that tries to ensure that natural light permeates as much of the office, as possible. The design also incorporates steps to reduce our carbon footprint, although much more needs to be accomplished to achieve our targets.
Ishita Dasgupta, AVP, Strategy says “The office is designed to allow us to build on our exceptional reputation for client service by leveraging the latest technology to provide a seamless in-office experience and significant flexibility to employees to collaborate across offices, with those working from home (or any place else, really). And then it also provides the infrastructure for those huge all party meetings that continue to haunt the signing and closing of larger deals.”
“The office is pet friendly, employee friendly, and client friendly – designed to provide a space that allows a free flow of ideas.” adds Kakul Ansari, who along with Aditi Vinzanekar, played a key role in the design process.
