Ajeeth advises a diverse range of clients in the technology and telecommunications sectors on some of their most challenging projects. Recent mandates have included the use of artificial intelligence to detect spam, regulatory approval for re-routing of telecom signals, and negotiating agreements on the use of content delivery networks by some of India's telecom giants.
Representative matters:
- Advised multiple global telecommunications and service providers on structuring cross-border data transfers, commercial communication products, and localisation requirements for telecommunication data.
- Advised one of the world’s largest chargeback management service providers and its Indian affiliates in a precedent-setting dispute centred on technology, arising out of corporate espionage and theft of trade secrets.
- Advised one of India’s leading airlines on various SaaS implementation agreements, including implementation of software on purchased aircrafts.
- Advised India’s largest communication solutions company on the deployment of artificial intelligence to detect spam.
