What Arnav brings to the table
Arnav is an Associate with our Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Life Sciences team and a key member of our Corporate Practice Group.
He has experience working on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including advising international and local clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, employment, and other general corporate and commercial advisory matters. His experience spans a range of different sectors like life sciences and healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and technology.
Representative matters:
- Assisted a logistics services company on its divestment of in a global logistics service provider to one of its promoters.
- Assisted an American drone manufacturer on the sale of majority stake in the company to Reliance Industries.
