Advised a major airline on launching in-flight connectivity services through partnerships with global satellite and aviation tech providers. The mandate involved structuring tripartite arrangements to allow our client to leverage the Inflight and Maritime Communications (IFMC) licence and advising on telecom and aviation regulations – a first-of-its-kind project in India.
