Pitchbook’s Q3 global rankings has identified us as the most active venture capital focused law practice in India and also as the sixth most active in Asia.
Over the last few months, the markets have gotten tougher, multiple deals have fallen through, many of the deals take longer and the terms of investment have significantly changed. Negotiating deals in this environment is challenging – and we are pleased that we were able to help close as many deals as we did.
