Regulatory Compliance, Advisory, and Licensing

Our regulatory advisory spans the entire lifecycle of aviation and defence projects – from initial licensing to long-term operational compliance. Our team is fully equipped to support aviation companies in staying ahead of changing laws, from DGCA and MoCA compliance to ICAO standards, emissions reporting under CORSIA and EU ETS, and telecom authorisations. We assist in designing internal protocols, responding to notices, and engaging with regulators proactively. Our clients include legacy carriers, charter platforms, and emerging tech ventures, who rely on us to navigate overlapping legal requirements across airspace, safety, data, and telecom regulation.

On the defence side, we assist manufacturers, OEMs, and startups with licensing under the Arms Act, procurement under DAP and DPM, and sector-specific compliances including those under the Foreign Trade Policy, and environmental and industrial safety laws. We offer guidance on licensing from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Defence, Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA), and Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance (DGAQA).
