What Felina brings to the table
Felina is an Associate with our Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Life Sciences team and a key member of our Corporate Practice Group.
Felina has a core focus on private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial arrangements in the food and nutraceutical sector. She also has a keen interest in labour and employment laws and advises clients across industries.
Representative matters:
- Advised a leading private equity fund on its participation in the USD10 million series B funding round of a popular Mumbai-based health-food brand.
- Advised a leading company that works in the food staples sector on a seed investment and a follow-on round of funding from a club of angel investors.
- Advised a leading life sciences company on distribution arrangements with various vendors and manufacturers as well as on rental agreements for their premises, warehousing arrangements, employment, and consultancy agreements for its staff.
