What Vishnu brings to the table
Vishnu is an Associate with our Privacy, Data Protection & Cybersecurity team. He assists our clients in identifying and addressing privacy risks, ensuring that privacy considerations are integrated into the design and implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies.
He has an additional focus on the education and HR-tech sectors and extends holistic advisory to global clients seeking to store, manage, transfer, and protect children’s data.
Representative matters:
- Advised the world’s highest-valued ed-tech company on risk mitigation strategies for multiple matters relating to the protection of its intellectual property and data.
- Assisted a prominent wildlife content platform with assessing the risks in providing direct-to-children content in India, including advice on content regulation, parental control, ratings, privacy (including data subject rights), intermediary guidelines, restrictions on profiling, content liability, and online harms.
