Bangalore based realty tech startup, Snaptrude Technologies has recently raised INR 4.33 crores in its third round of funding, from the investor club consisting of Mauritius based Accel India V (Mauritius) Ltd., Bangalore based Brigade Innovations and Indus Homes Pvt. Ltd. The Spice Route legal team consisting of Mathew Chacko and Aadya Misra advised Snaptrude on their fund-raising and corporate legal requirements.
Snaptrude is a unique start-up aimed at revolutionising the real estate sector by providing intelligence-enabled 3D rapid modelling solution for real estate projects. The software enables hand-drawn property floor plans to be converted into 3D models, thereby substantially reducing the time spent on architectural projects.
