Spice Route Legal is pleased to have advised ideaForge Technology Limited., a leading Indian manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), on a joint venture agreement with First Breach, a US-based manufacturer of ammunition and ammunition components.
The joint venture represents a significant step in ideaForge’s global expansion strategy and its ambition to penetrate one of the world’s most competitive drone markets. With ideaForge contributing its proprietary drone technology and First Breach providing capital investment and on-ground infrastructure, the partnership will license, source, design, engineer, manufacture, and distribute specific UAVs in the United States.
This transaction represents Spice Route Legal’s 4th aviation and defence deal this year, reflecting our practice’s continued strength and momentum in the sector.
