Defence, Infrastructure, and Logistics

Operational infrastructure and logistics are critical to the day-to-day functioning of India’s defence forces. Governed primarily by the Defence Procurement Manual, 2009, this segment covers works contracts, warehousing, maintenance facilities, utilities, and logistics support such as transport, storage, and spares provisioning. We support clients in collaborations with the Indian Armed Forces, including matters relating to advanced technology, equipment supply, and strategic partnerships.

We advise clients on eligibility, tender participation, contract structuring, and compliance under the Defence Procurement Manual and the General Financial Rules, 2017. Our experience includes advising EPC contractors on defence works, logistics providers on performance-based models, PPP concessionaires on infrastructure projects, and clients navigating Ministry of Defence land licensing processes.
