Infrastructure

Our infrastructure sub-practice is committed to support clients across the defence, aerospace, and aviation ecosystems. We draft, negotiate, and advise on a range of arrangements, including long-term terminal service contracts, CUTE and CUSS infrastructure rollouts, MRO support arrangements, and shared terminal technology procurement. With experience across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, we bring unparalleled cross-border experience in this area.

In the defence space, our experience also includes negotiating and drafting offset and industrial participation agreements with Indian Offset Partners (IOPs), advising private players on setting up MRO infrastructure; structuring long-term logistics and service contracts; negotiating foreign collaborations for spare parts and technology; ensuring ESG, land, and site-level environmental compliance, reviewing contract risk under RFPs and standard bidding documents and advising on import/export compliance and technology transfer.
