Blockchain, Tokenisation & Virtual Assets

Blockchain, Tokenisation, & Virtual Assets

Our team has been instrumental in shaping legal precedents while acting for some of the largest OTC virtual asset trading firms in the world, and innovative startups that leverage decentralised finance. Navigating the intricacies of ICOs, NFTs, OTC trading, decentralised finance, and asset-based tokenisation, we offer strategic and legal counsel on regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and policy matters.

Equipped with the latest insights and knowledge on regulatory developments, we have advised a diverse set of stakeholders including:

  • the largest OTC trading firm globally,
  • one of India’s oldest crypto exchanges,
  • start-ups in the decentralised finance space,
  • Indian and global banks in the adoption of blockchain solutions,
  • regulatory authorities shaping the future of asset-based token trading,
  • financial institutions, and global technology companies on tokenisation, adoption of blockchain and investments in digital assets.
