Spice Route Legal advises Neogen Chemicals on its acquisition of BuLi Chemicals from Livent!

We have advised Neogen Chemicals, one of India’s leading manufacturers of bromine and lithium-based specialty chemicals, on its acquisition of BuLi Chem, from Livent – a global chemical manufacturing corporation.

BuLi Chem is engaged in the manufacture and sale of ‘N Butyl Lithium’ and other organolithium products. This acquisition will, therefore, boost Neogen’s portfolio by offering organolithium derivatives to pharma and agrochemical industries and further enhance its advanced intermediates manufacturing business!
