Spice Route Legal assisted M.E Energy Private Limited, a distinguished leader in waste heat recovery and waste heat utilisation systems, on its acquisition by Kilburn Engineering Ltd, a listed entity renowned for its expertise in the design and manufacture of waste heat recovery solutions.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone for both entities as it will enhance the thermal and mechanical engineering capabilities of M.E Energy by leveraging its knowledge, experience, and technology with the infrastructure of Kilburn. The complementary business models of the entities will bring synergies in operation, scale, and capacities. Through this strategic acquisition, Kilburn aims to achieve gross sales of USD 60.33 million by 2024-25.
